Central Carolina Community College's Emergency Services Training Center (ESTC) is one of the finest facilities for the training of law enforcement, fire, emergency medical, and rescue services personnel. The Center's programs develop skilled responders, empowering them to act more effectively in emergencies. The college has offered emergency services training since 1964.

The staff members of the Emergency Services Training Center (ESTC) are committed to providing accessible, high quality, and cost- effective training for the emergency response community to improve the quality of life services for all citizens. ESTC staff members are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to meeting individual and departmental needs of customers in the Emergency Response Community and to the public as a whole.

The Emergency Services Training Center occupies 116 acres in Lee County, N.C., providing significant and unique space for a wide variety of first responder training. The facility includes classroom buildings, live-burn building, and a four-story tower used for rescue training. Two driving tracks are ideal for vehicular pursuit, pursuit intervention, motorcycle safety, and other specialized training.

The Fire Academy offers high-quality basic fire fighter training. The Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLET) provides in-service law enforcement training on site. An Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic Program is offered.
